Dear members, can we check from GST No. of a dealer whether he is regsitered for normal scheme or composition scheme. Please advise.

Yes we can. Click here to search taxpayer details using GSTIN. One of the details is 'Taxpayer type', which will show you whether the supplier is registered under the regular scheme or composition scheme.
Alternatively, there's another way that you can find here. You might want to select 'Opted In' and enter the GSTIN to confirm whether the supplier has opted for composition scheme.
