i have taken gst no. but mu turnover less than 20 lacs.so i have issue gst bill and filing rtn?

if you have taken regular registration, then you will have to issue gst invoice
if you are in composition, then you will have to issue bill of supply
if you are in composition, then you will have to issue bill of supply
