please help me out regarding gst new registration we applied on 25 nov 2017 still status showing pending for order

please suggest me best step

standard time limit 7 days but it exceed 12 days

Current situation the above said time limit is not confirmed... The portal is under Construction... Also any errors occurred in the application then it's take extra times...
