Gst network showing gst number incorrcet but its corrcet

Dear sir

We have supplied material to GST number 08JDHA02487C1D0 (last number is zero) and another GST number 08JDHJ02403C1D1

We are regularly (Today Also) making eway bill by entering both the above GSTN number were eway bill system is accepting these GST number. But when we are filling GST1 for previous month GSTN (website) than network not accepting these GSTN number and showing incorrcet. In this regard we made contact to helpdesk and the again got screen shot of both system where one is accepting and second is not accepting. But still not resolved. Department also surprised on this issue but not solved yet.

Kindly advise what can be done in our part because GSTR1 is still pending.

gst site is too bust now

so wait and try agter some time

Gst portal now a days is too slow also showing errors. Kindly try after sometime.

Sirs Thanks for reply. But this is not the problem , the system has accepted all other Invoice details but showing only these GSTN number incorrcet. One more thing I wish to mention here that such GST number rellated to only Goverment Departmnet. (Our Customer). I mentioned only 2 but there are about 12 GST number that is rejecting by system and all these are Goverment.

Yes Mr. Suresh I checked it from my side, the gstin number is of govt. Department and gst portal not accepting it. Its showing invalid Gstin number.

Anyway you also report the same issue to your gst facilation center.

Than You Naveen Ji and Vinod Ji,

Yes its valid on "search tax payer" but not valid while entering on GSTR1 ,

Hoping for solution. Helpdesk also failed as after receiving screen shot they are silent. Now main thing is that GSTR1 is pending.

Hi , Suresh , the above Govt related Gst no is related with Tan no and not with Pan, that's y it is not showing in Gstr 1, file all govt related enterise in B2C (others)

Sirs, I am also facing same problem, we have given property on lease to CGST (earlier Excise department) department at Vapi. While entering GST number B2B detail in GSTR-1, it shows invalid, but we checked online that number is valid.

Perhaps it is so because they need not get credit for GST paid by us, when we inter their GSTN in B2B detail, because they are Government Organisations.

But if we file their bill details in B2C than also it is wrong and without entering bill detail GSTR-1 is pending .
