can b2c retailer sell its goods to wholesale rate to other b2c retailer in gst regime .....if yes then how


e.g
i m a retailer, and i hve gst no. sometimes i purchase goods from another retailer, so can i get input credit, becoz we both hve gst no.

if the supplier is under composition u cant get itc
otherwise yes

Only a regular registered dealer gets input credit, only if purchased from a regular registered dealer
