is gst liable on labour salary who pay the gst owner and labour

are labour are hired directly or from a contractor?
in both the case
if employed directly then no gst because it will be an employee - principal relationship
if employed through a contractor than pay gst on the amount charged by the contractor for providing labour
if employed through a contractor than pay gst on the amount charged by the contractor for providing labour
whether the employer cab recover the amount of gst from emoloyee which he paid to the contractor
contractor will recover the gst from you and will deposit with the government.....you can take credit of that gst fully...so there is no point to recover gst from employee.
