We are taking the services of a rental vehicle for which a fixed amnt. is paid plus one ltr. diesel for every ten Km. of running secondly a labour contractor is supplying man power to us on mandays basis. In both circumstances turn over of vehicle owner and labour contractor is under 20 lakh, in that situation who will liable to pay GST?
