Kya factory license fee/renewal fee pe GST applicable hoga ?
As per section 7 (1) (a) of the CGST act 2017 license is treated as supply , if it is for consideration and in the course of furtherance of Business , so GST applicable on Licence fees .
please confirm with others also .
