Gst lavy on receipts of associations

There is an association which is formed by members of near by Industries. The association collects some amount from members for improving infrastructure, following up Environmental issues, purchase of machinaries for common use etc. Do that association need to collect GST from the members along with receipts?

The Association is registered.
