What is the late fee for non filling of GSTR4 . Is there any maximum limit for late fee to be paid.

GSTR-4 returns after their due dates to: Rs. 50 per day of delay in normal cases Rs. 20 per day of delay for taxpayers having nil tax liability for the month

As per sec 47 of CGST..Maximum late fee is 5000/-
