We are trying to upload the documents to the GST portal after logging in - we are asked to upload "json" files - what is this file type ? how do we generate this on our PC ??

Download offline GST Tool from the website below
https://www.gst.gov.in/download/returns
Install the program in pc
Enter outward / inward invoices and save
After saving you will get the following page.
Click “generate, a file with .json will be created
