Can we get ITC of GST paid on Bio Diesel Fuel used in compressor (HSN 2707) against providing of Bowell digging services (SAC 995434)? That diesel get consumed during the process. And there will not be any output of product out of it.
The borewell machine is to be filled with hydraulic oil, after some time it need to be changed. Can we get ITC of GST paid on Hydrulic oil? Do we need to issue sale bill for the waste product to claim ITC?
The dealer is saying that you can not take ITC of the same.
As per negetive list, we can not take ITC of Goods lost, stolen, destroyed, written off or disposed of by way of gift or free samples. There is no reference to good which are consumed during the process.
However I can not find any specific poing related to ITC on goods which are consumed during the porocess.
Can you please provide any reference of the same?
