GST ITC Query

Dear Expert,
In case of automobile Industry,
Insurance co. settling the claim of accident vehicle including GST,

Now my question is that we are crediting such claim in customer ledger since we raise invoice on name of customer.further Insueance Co. is asking for GST ITC.How can we give GST ITC to Insurance co. since it has been already credited to customers.
