GST ITC on TCS invoice on purcahse car
Hi, I purchased the car and delear have deducted tcs and issued separate invoice for tcs deducting on which they hv charged gst @ 28 %& cess @ 20% i can i hv eligible to take itc of such gst & cess... whereas i hv not taking credit on invoicing of car as gst rules...pls suggest
