DEAR SIR,

WE HAVE PAID CII MEMBERSHIP FEES OF RS.20000/-+ GST @ 18%

SHALL WE AVAIL ITC OF GST CHARGED BY CII

Yes you can but in proportion to taxable supplies only. Refer Sec17(3)

Yes... You can claim ITC.

Yes, you can claim tax credit.

Yes the ITC can be claimed.

Note : Make sure that your outward supply is taxable.
