i am regular gst dealer, bill is issued by a construction contractor for my new branch building for with material construction. (labour, tile cement all )
can i claim itc of gst

No you can not claim ITC because such ITC covered under Block Credit u/s 17(5). inter alia, ITC for work contract for which payment tax on inward is not allowed.
