I have received one service invoice in the month on Mar'2019 but the invoice date is 25th of May2018.
So can i claim ITC In march month or what should do for this invoice.
please help.

Dear Gulshan,
In terms of section 16(4) of CGST Act, time limit for availing ITC for invoices pertaining to FY would be due date for filing GSTR 3B for September month following end of FY or date of filing annual return, whichever is earlier.
In your case, you could avail the ITC pertaining the invoice dated 25th May 2018 on or before filing the due date for filing GSTR 3B for Sep'19 (i.e. 20-10-2019) or filing annual return for FY 2018-19, whichever is earlier.
