can i take ITC on JCB(Motor vehicle) which is used in my business for load of materials into trucks ????
Yes you can take itc on JCB as per definition of motor vehicle in GST act....JCB is not included in definition of motor vehicle so section 17(5)(a) does not come into picture... So itc can be claimed
