What to put in original challan no. and original challan date in GST ITC-04.

original challan no.& date through which you have sent inputs to j/w but if you have sent material in jul-sep qtr and any balance material was comes in octber -dec qtr then its not taking original challan date of previous qtr its an error in offline tool
I have issue two matterial in two seperate challan and get that material in one challan than how I Enter Orignal Challan No
Example
challan No 1 I have Issue one Material
Channa No 2 I have issue mateiral Two
Now I Got Finish Material of that two combile material onematerial and materialtwo
In Sheet JWB to MFG which material which Orignal Challan to be entered
