I have filed gst itc 01 but by mistake i have mentioned the bills older then 1 year. how to correct??

OK no problem you have mentioned the bill dates?
If yes then there is no problem, otherwise you may go voluntarily to make correction to the concerned department.
Or after getting the same you can reverse the amount in 3B, after confirmation with department.

but my question is there is a provision that i have to get a ca certificate if the total itc is more than 2 lakhs.
Suppose that if actual itc is rs. 98 and i have wrongly filed for rs. 100 itc then what will be the amount in ca certificate- 98 or 100??
