please tell me how to charge gst on online game like dream11. and it's rate when it is game of skill and it is cgst or igst .
please also provide proforma of invoice

The GST rate for online games like Dream11 is 18%. If the game is considered as a game of skill, it would be considered as a service, and thus GST would be applicable. The GST rate for services is 18%.

If the supply is made within the same state, CGST and State GST (SGST) would be applicable. If the supply is made across different states, IGST would be applicable.
