GST Invoice not Rcvd of purchases made and item sold on amazon

Dear Sir,

If someone is planning to start e-commerce business but not getting the tax invoices of the purchases made. Is it ok for that person to sale such unbilled items on amazon or flipkart. If yes, how that person will show purchase in GST.
