Generally taxable invoice authorized
manually signed and Digital signed,
Some vendors invoice, not signed
they have mentioned
"This is computer generated invoice need not required authorized signatory"
is it ok for GST ITC purpose,
please guide me.
Yes As per Rule 46 CGST Act , :
signature or digital signature of the supplier or his authorised representative on invoice.
Hence its mandatory
