My client stipulates on supply of plant 80% of basic value along with 100% GST and balance value on commisssioning of the plant. It is possible to claim 80% of basic value along with 100% GST in invoice? Then how can I claim balance basic value without GST? How can I fill the value in GST Return?

In my opinion it is not possible to do so, you can make invoice of 100% basic value and GST on the same and claim accordingly. only 20% of basic amount will be considered as due and can pay at the time of commissioning of plant.
