The agency raised GST invoice and it is not accounted more than 6 months but agency paid gst also
kindly suggest we can get ITC or what?
Yes ,.. you can . Take the ITC for same in
your 3b , & book the invoice in books with its original date of issue
ITC can be claim on invoice till sept of next fy year or annual return filed which ever is earlier
