example of invoice in case of cash sale and credit sales to unregisterd dealer and what should i consider unregisterd consumer:- b2c or b2b. if i am wholeseller selling to as follows
case 1 :- normal individual consumer
case 2:- retailer
case 3 :- wholeseller
three of them are unregisterd

all three are b2c small if they are in your state. if anyone of them is out of your state then he will be b2c large if the taxable value of invoice is above Rs 2.5 Lakhs.

mean interstate sale of rs. 2.5 lac above will be considered b2c large and other will be consider b2c small even inside or out of state
