If I am providing service to branch in mumbai say audit service and work is given by HO in karnataka then invoice to be raised aganist HO or Branch.

then invoice will be raised against the Branch as you are provinding services there and also you have to charge IGST as this is interstate service

But HO is in same state and work is given by HO to audit branch then we need to raise invoice to HO only no sir.
