Actually a sale bill was for the month of March'2022 which I have shown next month gst return both in gstr1 and gsr3b in the month of April'22. So my question is there will be any interest and late fees.

Yes, Interest and late fees will applicable if your invoice date is March .

No...only Interest is applicable and not the late fees.In Gstr-3B you have to specify previous month bill's Tax details for interest calculation...

Mar 22 back dated Bill cannot appear in the returns. There are problems , however it may be easily tackled.
