I just wanted know in case of GST we will get tax credit in GSTN-2, and customers and vendors are collecting GSTIN from us however in case of Telephone Bill, Mobile Bills, ELectricity Bill how we can get Input Tax credit?

Against telephone & Mobile bills you can claim credit, rather you have to provide your GSTIN to your service providers so that the credit pop-up in your credit ledger. as far as electicity is concerned it not covered under GST

You have to provide your GST Regn No. to your vendors from whom you take any goods/services and then you would be able to claim the Input Tax Credit of the GST paid.
It is important to note here that the GST is not applicable on Electricity and therefore you would not be able to claim any input tax credit of the electricity bill

Yes, ITC can be availed for mobile/telephone services availed from any operator provided :
If the abovementioned two conditions are satisfied, you can claim ITC by correctly filing GSTR-3B.
However, no ITC can be claimed for tax paid on Electricity bills as Electricity is out of GST coverage & thus no GST is levied on electicity bills.

The power distribution department has distributed electricity to one company named A.What if the that company A has distributed electricity to some other companies?
tell me if company A is collecting gst from that other companies?

As far as I know, Paschim Gujarat Vij company ltd. is charging GST on electricity bills, even I have seen their invoice in 2A of one of my client.
can I claim itc for the same?
