MY CLIENT ( FIRM) HAS PURCHASE LAPTOP, SOFASET, FURNITURE FOR BUSINESS USE FROM FLIPART & AMAZON DEALERS. NOW CAN I CLAIM SUCH GST INPUT FROM LAPTOP ETC..? GST INPUT AVAILABLE FORM E-COMMERCE SELLERS ?.

Yah the Input tax credit of the same shall be eligible. Provided you have given your your gst number & the same is adequately disclosed on such invoices

according to eco provision tax is paid in forward charge machanisicm .so tax will be paid by flipkard. and you can claim itc only when u provide your gstin to eco
