Can we claim GST Input on new Vehicle purchase in company. vehicle is used by company staff for company work.
Please guide me

no input credit is not available until its commercial vehicle.

If the vehicle is having capacity of less than thirteen persons (including the driver), then ITC blocked under Section 17(5)
