Gst input in similar line of business

We are charging 5% gst on the renting of cab to the customer, but as per the cgst notification we can avail input credit

on the bills from another rent a cab operator or who is in the same line of business. suppose if he charges 12% gst

whether we can avail 12% or whether input is restricted to 5%
