Please give me suggestion on gst input on purchase of motor vehicle having a business of whole sale and retail traders of edible oils and distribution.
Can you please suggest regarding this matter on new provisions relating to gst input

ITC is not available on motor vehicles used to transport persons with a seating capacity of fewer than 13 passengers, including the driver’s seat.
Further, ITC is available for a motor vehicle if purchased to transport goods.
