One company( karnatak) employee hotel room service received from haryana. The service provider ( haryana) charging cgst and sgst in the bill name of employees company name and gstin also.
So here how service recipient ( karnatak) claim ITC( cgst or igst)?

No way for claim ITC as place of supply is Haryana...
