Blocked credit u/s 17(5) clause b.

Specifically mentions healthcare services ITC cannot be taken.

ITC can be claimed only in case if it is being obligatory by Law else no ITC available.

As per section 17(5) ITC ( input tax credit )cannot be claimed in such cases
