I have one gst expenses bill of Aug 2017, bill date also Aug
But bill has received in mar 2018,
Can i claim the ITC or not?

Yes... You can get ITC in Your next GSTR 3B.

But gst ITC credit rules, bills should not be older than 180 days. So If i claim ITC in gstr 3b, in gstr 2 filing it will be allow me receipt the invoice
