GST input credit
Received material from dealer and received invoice also then check GST status last six month return he didn't filed. In this case input credit eligible or ineligible please clarify

Ask him to submit GSR R1 asap
He told I will file shortly
Take regular follow up with supplier to file GST R1
Avail ITC in your books and GST Return. And pay to the supplier only half the invoice amount and inform them that the full payment shall be done only after the return is filed from your end
