We have forgotten to pay GST reverse charge amount for provision created in march 2019. We have already filed my September 2019 GSTR-3B. Is there any remedy to pay the reverse charge amount and take the credit of same amount.

Pay it now with interest and claim ITC in October month's 3B...

Now you can pay with interest and also claim ITC in October Month GSTR3B.

No you can't take itc do payment through drc03 any pay interest also
