what if someone has not taken input of gst wrongly till when he would be able to claim it
is there any deadline for it

If reflected in GSTR2A and possess the goods and services then ITC can be claimed.

Yes the deadline is sept of next fy year or filing date of annual return whjch is earlier

yes there is time limit
you can claim before filling of annual return i.e before 31/10/18
