Gst information on works contract

I want to know which GST return(s) need to be filled in case of Works Contract and also the last date of filling and whether monthly return has to submit or quaterly. And what is the penal amount in case when registeration has been done in GST on 31st August, but no return has been filled till now. Please reply me at rgruchig @ gmail.com URGENTLY. Thanks.

Simply GSTR3B, GSTR1, GSTR2 AND GSTR3... for July August September late fee is waived off.... From October u hv to pay late fee Rs. 20 per day in case of nil return and Rs. 50 in case of normal return.... And if u hv any tax liability then u hv to pay 18% interest from due date of filling of return.... GSTR3B is a monthly return... Should be filled of every month within next month 20th date.... Now only GSTR1 for sales details and GSTR3B is a summary return has been filed.... After 31 st march any notification came for GSTR2.. Purchase details and GSTR3 final return has come.... If ur turnover is less than 1.5 crore then GSTR1 GSTR2 GSTR3 is quarterly otherwise monthly
