A register person made unregister purchase in month of march but he did not pay ant tax under RCM, he also not fill up column no. 3.2 in the March return. so what should he do now or how it will be solved, please suggest.

There is No RCM applicable on Purchase from unregistered dealer except for promotor/ developers (As Sec. 9(4) of CGST Act, 2017 is scrapped for all except Specified Person)
So, if You are promoter/ developers than RCM applicable, otherwise not applicable
