Flats which are completed prior to Gst regime . How and in which column of Gst 3B it has to be reported.

Completed flats are immovable property which is neither goods nor services and is beyond the purview of GST. These need not be reported in GSTR3B which is applicable to inward/outward supply of goods and services only.
