I think igst is correct Ravi
Thanks u sir , but sir I need the final confirmation ..
Only you focus the party's details that you have , that may be cgst ,sgst or igst , if the party's gstn no. shows inter state in that case you issue the invoice with igst .
Okh sir , thanks... so I put igst on invoice , and sir one more query should I show place of supply in invoice , is it mandatory to show , because I supply services in same state !! then what to do in invoice ?? IGST or CGST or SGST
Place of supply is mandatory and do one thing use this trick to raise the invoices give the address for to whom billing and the same time you give the address of shipping where you want to send
Yes this trick is helpful ,, thanks sir 👍
There is no tricks or any such kind of practice is Wrong .
As per Section 12(3) of IGST Act , it's related to Immovable property (Banquet Hall) , hence POS is where the property situated.

So CGST/SGST is applicable.

Note : In case of of supply of Services you cannot use "Bill to" "ship to" module.
I totally agree with Mr. Pankaj. These type of tricks won't work all the time and such misinformation may lead to wrong compliance..

POS of services in relation to immovable property is the place where such immovable property is located..

Location of Supllier is Haryana

Location of Recipient is Delhi

Here location of supplier and place of supply is in same state hence it's an intrastate supply and CGST and SGST is applicable...
Thanks u pankaj g and hardik g for the correct information and sharing the right rule .. thank again
