And also gives separate invoice of above said services then GST is to be paid on Forward charges i.e transporter shall charge GST on invoice itself @ 18% or recipient is liable to GST on RCM
@ 5%???
Here, transporter and recipient of service are Registered dealer.

Depends whether the transporter functions under RCM or Forward charge
