Gst in advance payment

Hi, can anyone please guide me how GST is going to be affect in case of advance payment to supplier. For example : I have raised PO to supplier for 100 INR and made advance payment of 80 INR. in this scenario how GST will work for entire process. Thanks in Advance.. Regards, Gaurav
