Existing Members of Society is getting additional area in redevelopement of society by the builder ,what is the GST implication ?
1.To whom GST applicable,Rate and whether it can be collected from members ?
2.GST implications in case of Second Supply that is by society to builder of development rights
3.GST on existing members getting Adiitiona area

It's not cover Under Construction of Buildings, infact it's repair & maintenance ,hence GST @ 18% is applicable

Whether GST needs to be paid by members ? and for additional area or existing area also ?

Yes for both ....& As I have already replied it will cover under repair builder will definitely charge GST ,
