Can anyone tell me GST impact on Profit commission received by insurers from reinsurance

The tax will be applicable on any income earned through commission. tds is also deductible on gst bill relating to a commission value of supply. the rate of gst on commission services is 18 percent

But can we consider this commission as normal commission?
Because I feel this little complicated.. Can you give any reference specifically for this issue?
