Hi,
I have a query.
We are a placement/manpower service provider.
We have foreign clients and we need to raise invoice. But if I raise invoice to them without mentioning GST, am I be reaching GST rules/law?
Please guide me if there is other procedure how to raise invoice to foreign clients.

Dear Umesh,
Your transaction is export of service(if you receive payment in foreign exchange) in which you need not to charge any GST.
Place of supply is location of receiver i.e. outside India.
Also, you need to execute Letter of Undertaking(LUT) with GST department for export of services without charging GST.
