I pay rent of 12000 Rs. on commercial porperty what imact of Gst ?

Are you a regd person??

The registered person has to pay GST...

If the landlord is unregd, then yes you have to pay under RCM...

if i goods sale to unregister persone then i pay gst under RCM ?

No... RCM is applicable to Receipient on inward supply
