Need a clarification on GST Registration and Invoicing for Courier Company. Though the company has offices spread all across India. but if it intends to take registration in registered office only. so that IGST invoice can be raised to the clients spread all over India & also receive IGST invoice from its vendors at its registered office so that Input/output set off of IGST can be used easily. Whether this kind of arrangement can be made under GST Regime ?

Dear Girish,

As per my undestanding, there is no such arramgement in GST you have to take seprate registration for each one of your office.

"Every person who is liable to take a Registration will have to get registered separately for each of the States where he has a business operation and is liable to pay GST in terms of Sub-section (1) of Section 19 of Model GST Law"
